This seems like a good place to put recipies and mention good food or where we had good food. We ate at the Texas Road House in Fairfield, CA on March 28, 2012 and the food was good, although Jackie thought her port ribs were too sweet. The waitresses did a line dance a couple times. Free peanuts from start to finish. Very popular place. First resturant we have seen in a couple years where there were just as many young people as there were seniors. Everyone had a good time. I am going to smoke a batch of fish in the near future. If you haven't done that your missing some good eating.
